References to "JD Productions," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer to JD Productions Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities unless otherwise specified.
You may access and use the Platform for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You may view, download (where expressly permitted), and share content for personal use, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Certain features — including purchasing, account registration, and streaming subscriptions — may require users to be 18 or older.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to film footage, photography, graphics, logos, brand marks, character designs, music, written copy, software, and visual systems — is the exclusive intellectual property of JD Productions Inc. or is licensed to JD Productions Inc. by the applicable rights holders. Lil Dev and all associated character designs, names, likenesses, story worlds, merchandise concepts, and derivative works are original IP of JD Productions Inc. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Lil Dev or any JD Productions original character without express written authorization is strictly prohibited and will be actively enforced.
JD Productions®, Lil Dev™, The Collection™, JD AI Systems™, and all associated logos and brand marks are trademarks of JD Productions Inc. Nothing on the Platform grants any license to use these marks without prior written consent.
JD Productions respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact our legal team at legal@jdproductions.io with a complete DMCA notice including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
If you submit any content to JD Productions through the Platform — including through contact forms, collaboration inquiries, demo submissions, pitch decks, scripts, or creative materials — you represent that you have the right to submit such materials and grant JD Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to review and consider such submissions for internal purposes.
JD Productions is under no obligation to keep any submission confidential unless a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place. We encourage creators seeking formal review to contact our partnerships team at partnerships@jdproductions.io to establish appropriate protections before submission.
JD Productions distributes original content across its owned platforms and third-party distribution partners including streaming services, digital retailers, and social platforms. Where JD Productions operates a subscription or paid streaming service, access to such content is governed by a separate Subscription Agreement which supplements these Terms.
Content availability, pricing, and distribution rights vary by region. JD Productions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any content from the Platform at any time without notice.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms including social media, distribution partners, ticketing services, and merchandise providers. These links are provided for convenience only. JD Productions does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JD PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Information on the Platform including project announcements, production timelines, and business milestones reflects statements as of the date posted and may change without notice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JD PRODUCTIONS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JD PRODUCTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JD PRODUCTIONS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, JD Productions reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
JD Productions may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or, where applicable, by direct notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
