3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including web hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google Analytics), payment processing, email delivery, and customer support tools. These vendors access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Distribution & Streaming Partners

Content distributed through third-party platforms (including streaming services, social platforms, and digital retailers) is subject to those platforms' own privacy practices.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of JD Productions' assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the Platform or email before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Affiliated Brands

Information may be shared within the JD Productions family of brands — including Lil Dev, The Collection, and JD AI Systems — for internal operational purposes consistent with this Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry and contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after closure. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form indefinitely.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following types of cookies and tracking tools on the Platform:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform (e.g., Google Analytics). These cookies collect aggregated, anonymized data.
  • Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and choices across sessions.
  • Marketing & Interest-Based Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver relevant ads based on your browsing behavior on the Platform and across third-party sites. We and our advertising partners may use these to measure ad performance.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and periodic security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take your privacy seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
