Built in 2018. Still building. The mission has not changed: turn ideas into reality and build something that matters.

JD Productions Inc.
JD Productions was founded in April 2018 — not from a film school or a family legacy, but from a defiant breach of the creative mainstream. In a digital age where the status quo of how art and entertainment influenced the world was ready to be shaken up, Jerry White decided to be the one to shake it.
Raised in a single-parent home in Atlanta after his mother moved the family from Dothan, Alabama to guarantee better opportunities, Jerry learned early that purpose is more powerful than circumstance. Football and track at Chapel Hill High School in Douglasville bred a supreme level of competitiveness — a wide receiver with varsity starts and a leadership mentality that translated far beyond any field.
At Jacksonville State University, Jerry arrived with dreams of playing college football. But on the morning of walk-on tryouts, those dreams were redesigned. He found something bigger — the power to bring people together through visual art and entertainment. He mastered a digital camera and video editing within a year. He created the first Snapchat Geofilters ever deployed on the JSU campus — filters that thousands of students still use today. He produced YouTube series for his fraternity, shot events, built visual promotions that made things succeed.
"No matter how big your dream is, you must eventually wake up if you're going to bring it to reality."
— Jerry White, FounderHis work at JSU earned him a position as video producer for the university's Marketing & Communications department, and a temporary appointment as photographer for JSU's President, Dr. John M. Beehler, at every home football game of the 2016 season. Every credential earned. Not one inherited.
In 2017, with enough experience producing visual art, events, and media across every format, Jerry made the decision to show the world what he was made of. JD Productions, Inc. was incorporated in April 2018. That same year, he worked alongside professional athletes and celebrities known worldwide. Barely reaching his peak.
The mission then is the mission now: build something that lasts. Not the largest company. The most consequential one — meaning the work matters, the people served advance, and the name carries weight in every room it enters because it earned that weight, one output at a time.
Created the first Snapchat Geofilters ever deployed on the campus of Jacksonville State University. The JSU campus filter and the Houston Cole Library filter — both still in use by thousands of students today. The instinct to connect people through technology was there from the start.
Video producer for JSU Marketing & Communications — YouTube series, campus event coverage, institutional storytelling. Appointed photographer for JSU President Dr. John M. Beehler at every home football game of the 2016 season. First short film produced. First recognition of what this could become.
Continued producing visual art and serving the local college community. Built enough experience across events, media, and visual production to know the time was right. Made the decision to show the world what he was made of. Started building toward incorporation.
JD Productions, Inc. officially incorporated in April 2018 — structured from day one as a three-division enterprise: Media, Entertainment, and Cinema. That same year, worked alongside professional athletes and celebrities known worldwide. The business plan written. The vision documented. The foundation laid.
Seven years of producing — brand films, music videos, events, photography, post-production. Building relationships. Developing the craft. Working with real clients. Understanding the market. Every year adding a layer of capability, reputation, and clarity of vision. The seed growing underground, before anyone sees the tree.
The JD AI Operating System goes live. The three-division infrastructure rebuilt for scale. Original IP in active development: Lil Dev (character universe, music, animation), LINC (cultural brand and movement), The Collection (prestige archive). The website you are reading now is live. The tree is bearing fruit.
JD Productions operates as a builder institution — each division interconnected, each feeding the others. Not a production company that expanded. An institution designed this way from the beginning.
Media is the foundation — the division that communicates ideas through video, print, and audio across every platform. From professionally produced brand content to digital campaigns, documentary work to photography, this is how JD Productions serves its clients and generates the capital that funds everything else.
The goal of the Media division is simple: deliver visual storytelling so powerful that it changes how the world sees the people and brands we work with. Every frame carries intentionality. We don't produce generic content. We produce work that lands.
Entertainment is commercial culture offered for exchange in the form of engaging experiences that capture hearts and minds. This is where JD Productions moves beyond production services and into the business of building audiences, franchises, and cultural moments.
This division encompasses live events, film premieres, music concerts at every scale — and the long-term development of original intellectual property. Lil Dev, LINC, The Collection — these are the Entertainment division's franchises in development. The stated goal: sell out major sports arenas. Build IP that outlasts us all.
Cinema is the division that defines the company's place in history. Original feature films, short films, and series — crafted for digital distribution platforms and, long-term, national and global theatrical markets. Every film produced with nominations and awards as the standard, not the aspiration.
The target: become the first production company in the Southeastern United States to gross $1 billion in box office sales. That goal was written in 2018. It has not been revised. Every film produced moves the number.
These targets were set before the infrastructure existed to reach them. The infrastructure now exists. Every venture, system, and production moves the number.
